In-Stock items will ship within 2 business days from our warehouse in Houston, TX. Please allow up to 3 business days during holiday seasons. You will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking information (where applicable) at the time your item ships. Please remember to check your spam folder if you do not see this email in your inbox within the given timeframe.
Once your package has been picked up by shipping carriers, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package delivery is late, we recommend you reach out to the shipping carrier directly as they can help you.
In the event that your package is not delivered or is otherwise missing, please use the links below to file a claim with the appropriate carrier. figmaWORLD is not responsible for filing claims related to lost or damaged packages.

Unfortunately, we are still experiencing delays on a majority of pre-orders as the global chain has been severely affected by COVID-19. Our suppliers have notified us that shipments are currently two months behind schedule.
We are staying in constant communication with our suppliers on delays and contacting everyone via email as soon as we are notified of any release date delays.

Are pre-orders with different release dates shipped as soon as they are arrive in-stock or are they held until all the items on the order are released?
We ship pre-order items individually as soon as they are released. So yes, you can place pre-order items with different release dates in the same order. There is no need to place separate pre-orders according to release dates with us!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to the Canada and the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.
