- Pre-order items are NOT in-stock, and will be shipped at a future date
- Pre-orders are charged at the time of checkout
- Pricing on pre-order items may change at any time due to changes in costs from the manufacturer
- Once a pre-order is placed and paid for, the price for that specific order WILL NOT change even if the item price increases afterward
- The estimated U.S. Release Month on all product listings are ESTIMATES ONLY and may change at any time as we receive updates from the manufacturer
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the first of either
1) 90 days from the date of placing the order
2) The item is received into stock at our warehouse
We cannot accept any cancellations after the 90-day cancellation period or after the items have been received at our warehouse, whichever comes first. If a pre-order needs to be cancelled within the 90-day period, please utilize the CONTACT US page to send us an email requesting cancellation. Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to respond to cancellation requests.
Due to the extended delays caused by the COVID19 pandemic and subsequent supply chain/logistics problems worldwide, we are temporarily allowing cancellations on orders that exceed the 90-day period. However, these cancellations may only be refunded in the form of store credit. Cancellations within the 90-day window are not affected by this change.
